Refund policy for VirexoDigital.com digital products is non-refundable because once a digital item is delivered or downloaded, it can’t really be “returned.”

• No refunds after download/access
  Once the product (e.g., eBook, software, courses, etc.) is accessed, refunds will be denied.
• Refunds before access
  If the customer hasn’t downloaded or used the product, a refund may be allowed.
• Technical issues exception
  Refunds are usually granted if:
• The file is corrupted (But must be proven).
• The product doesn’t work as described. (But must be proven).
• The user can’t access it, and support can’t fix it. (But must be proven).
• Duplicate purchases
  Accidental double purchases are almost always refundable.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
